Can anyone tell me what is going on here? The flipper is "stuttering" when held down. Seems to only do it after the machine has been in use for a while. Doesn't do it when cold.
What is wrong? What is the fix?

Most likely a broken hold winding in the coil that is intermittently making connection.

Try a new coil.

What chuck said.

Also in a pinch, you may also be able to locate the winding wire that broke off and resolder it to the proper lug. Not always possible, though.

Does that game use end of stroke switch if so clean and adjust

Always a good idea to do so, but the EOS switch cleaning & adjusting will never cure a stuttering flipper. In fact, the stuttering confirms that the EOS switch is working well.
