Well, switch 87 is the car chase standup target, it's probably closing after cleaning, a simple adjustment (bending the switch blades apart a little) should suffice.

Switch F4 however, is a flipper opto, and that could have something to with not activating the flippers. Go into switch test and see if the flipperbuttons do anything. If not, start there by checking the flipperbutton optoboard connectors and such. I don't know what you took apart to clean, but it's highly unlikely it's something very bad that is not working now.
