Bally early SS flipper starts stuttering or machine gunning a little, but only after the game has been played for about 15 minutes. The coil has been fixed once already in the five months I've had the machine.

Could it be the diode? Seems like if it was the secondary coil, it would machine gun all the time, not just after it is warmed up.

    Thanks

There's probably a break somewhere. I'd start by taking a close look at the wires and solder joints on the coil, and possibly reheating them.

Can't believe its been so long since I've gotten back around to this issue. Reflowing some solder has either fixed it completely or just about. Will need more play to determine.

While I'm talking about Mystic... this weekend I while I was cleaning & waxing, I put the teensiest point of SuperLube on the spinners. They spin like crazy forever now.
