Hi,
So I lost a flipper in my Stern Spider-Man the other night and I am not sure how to go about starting to repair it. Not even 100% sure of the terminology of what the working pieces are in the flipper. As you can see in the picture the link between the coil and rest of the flipper snapped.

Any advice on what to do? Would I order something like this? https://www.pinballlife.com/classic-stern-plunger-link-and-crank-assembly-right.html

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Your exact issue might not be covered but there will be much you could learn from here:

I think you want a MODERN stern flipper kit, not CLASSIC.

The actual piece that is broken is the link (plastic) that attaches to the plunger (metal).

Go online to Sterns site and search the owners manual for the part number which will help you search of no one chimes in with the correct part number.
You don't need a whole kit...just plunger and link to make you life easier. Like this....but I don't know if that's the correct part

Edit: 5cent lesson - the metal plunger is pulled in by the magnetism when the coil is activated, this also pulls the link with it which is attached to the crank that makes the flipper go up

Found the part number for the Plunger And Link and ordered. Many thanks! I appreciate the help.
