Just finished my flipper rebuild on TOTAN. First one and learned a great deal, including how to solder. Huh. What a sense of accomplishment.
Congrats. Be sure to leave a little vertical play (pull up and down on bat itself) in the flipper bats. WMS provided a small white plastic feeler gauge for this, you might have one laying around and not know it. The tool is not necessary to have, just be sure you have a little play so you feel at least some movement up and down by hand. Also try to get the EOS switch to only close at the last possible moment of stroke. Bend the leads accordingly so the arm on the flipper linkage only closes the switch at that last moment. Anything earlier and you may be losing full power (switching to "hold" power) to the coil early resulting is less flipper power.

Awesome, good job! Did you change the flipper bushings as well?
