The 100 pt. bell has started buzzing (plunger just goes up part way and holds) when a pop bumper is hit, but it won't do it if the yellow or red rollover button is hit first (only corresponding color, ie-red rollover, red bumpers). I found yet another bad solder on a gobble hole sw., but that didn't do it. The bumpers and the rollover buttons are related because hitting a button changes the pop bumper score from 1 to 10 and increases the gobble hole pts. from 100 to 300. I can see two switches close on either the F or G relays when the rollover button it hit. The buzzing stops when I turn the machine off and doesn't start again til a bumper is hit. Hitting a button after the buzzing starts does not stop it.

Both good. It has to be something in the 3-4 range on the schematic.

I agree on a short, but the buzz only starts when a pop bumper is hit. If I turn the machine off, it doesn't start again til one is hit again.

The lightbox shooter track is the backbox animation; ball shot out of cannon when you make special. The ball hits the sw. to sound the bell.

The Q relay and the track sw. don't engage at all.

Add Spin Relay (Z), rubber bumpers with switches, and UNLIT bonus slingshots that set off the buzzing.

Buzzing only starts if the pop bumpers are unlit (though the "white" bumper is always on,but on a separate circuit than yellow and red), and when the slingshot bonus is unlit. Something on the light circuit?

OK, *sheepish look*, I mistook the 1's bell for the 100"s, because there's a wire running from it to Q. Any rate, the N (1's) relay was holding because a wire broke off from the backside of the 1's score reel. Thanks all for checking in.

PS-did Gottlieb send some work out to the Russians back then? I've never had so many poor or broken solders.
