I have this happening on my Charlie’s Angels and my nut and bolt Shaq Attaq rebuild.

If you watch the video, about 40 seconds in In comes screaming down the ramp, hits the raised flipper tip which does a little physical bounce.

These flippers were rebuilt using the full kit from PBR. My Charlie’s Angeles, also a Gottlieb but System 1 1978, had the same issue.

EOS switch adjustments are not nearly as exact as they sound in Vid’s Guide. Perhaps that’s just Gottlieb.

The question I really need answered is ‘Why?’. What causes it? Physical pressure triumphing over low voltage coil strength?

    Thoughts?

And playing properly (I rebuilt everything) with the settings not on dummy mode, this game is very challenging. The upper playfield is where the money is. Orbits are deadly.

And Shaq is my dad, so no dissin’
