So I just picked up a new pin and it plays nice except for one issue that's bothering me. When both flippers are activated the left one goes slightly higher than the right. Once the ball hits it then it pushes it back down to the correct "up" position when the flipper is held down. So it seems like it's loose but it really isn't. Anyone have this problem or any ideas on how to fix it?

Also, the outlane kicker is strong 90% of the time, but the other 10% it won't even push it back up and out of the lane, causing a lost ball.

This would be my first flipper repair so I'm still learning the components and where they are located. I lifted the playfield and looked under it last night and really didn't see anything distressing.
