Was working on my Police Force today and during a test game , the right flipper started flipping rapidly whenever the flipper button is pressed. Its not possible to cradle a ball as it is constanlty flipping. I cleaned the contacts but the probelm remains. Has anyone seen this before, and know a remedy or suggestion? Thanks.

Yeah and it turned out to be a bad coil. Each flipper has a high power and a low power (hold) circuit. Something is wrong with the low power circuit on yours, as it's not holding when you hold the button. A broken connection at the flipper coil is your likely culprit

Thank you. I will get on that.

Was there a fix to this? Because this is the exact same problem I am having on my left flipper (LAH)

EOS switch as others have said...check wiring and gap

I had the same problem with the upper left flipper on my spy hunter and it was a bad coil.
Changed coil and problem solved.

Also check the flipper button contacts, if they are leafs, run a business card through them to clean them up.
