My flipper clown has developed a tilt problem. The tilt works properly to stop play but when ball goes in it does subrtract that ball but the playfield does not reset and re light and energize the playfield. Any ideas I would appreciate it. I am just trying to same time.

Does everything re-set and play fine if you start another game?

#3 9 years ago

Yes everything does re-set. If I manually move the re set coil the ball count is reduced and everything is fine

Sounds like the tilt relay is sticking or has a switch needing adjustment. Also could be a make break switch on the reset relay.

would that cause the re set coil not to actuate and not re set the tilt relay. I will take a closer look Thanks

Yes, because switch 'D' on this relay opens the circuit to the outhole relay, so if it sticks closed the outhole relay doesn't have the chance to recognize the ball after it drains. Also, is your game set to tilt for 'ball only' or 'game'?

Thanks for the help Wolf I appreciate it. That did the trick. It is working as it should now. Thanks again
