    Just bought from them!
    Ordered an ice cold beer remake.
    Sent them money and my machine showed up a week later.
    Flawless transaction.
    Zach would answer any question I had within minutes when I texted or called.
    Couldn’t recommend them anymore!!

    Bought my Elvira BRK from Zach. The dude is authentic! He even answered a stupid (user error) question I had via text on a Sunday afternoon, like minutes after I asked. Will definitely buy my next table from him! Highly recommend!

    Have a PFLE on order with them. I did buy a Rush topper from them and it had a bad node board. Greg took care of me and got it fixed.

    I said it months ago, and I’ll say it again. I wouldn’t want to sell a game to OP. But now by admitting the plain truth that he seems like a total headache scenario I imagine he’s going to promise to get me banned from Pinside… again.

    What is wrong with asking for feedback on a distributor you are not familiar with? You sound like my contractor buddies who think I’m “one of those customers” because I find that a week+ gap with no communication to be unacceptable.

    Either the OP forgot their numerous past comments about myself or company (pic provided as a recent example) OR they started this thread with a different agenda...

    For the record, I do not believe we have had the pleasure of earning OP's business or have ever interacted with them.

    It's simple Zach has been doing it for a while now. If he was shady there's no way he'd still be in business. I personally haven't bought a pin off off Zach but that's mostly due to distance. I have purchased official stern accessories. His communication is responsive & I've met him on a couple of occasions & he struck me as a decent dude.

    We love pinball. We work our asses off for our customers and we don't plan to change that anytime soon, unless it's to make the process EVEN BETTER! (coming soon )

    This job is not easy, but it's still a dream job for me. I am blessed and I will never take for granted my position of getting games into your homes and businesses.

    I'll just add that I've bought a machine from Zach, great experience. I also bought an Escalerra that he then brought to SFGE a couple years ago for free pickup. Seems like a genuine, standup guy. I'll buy another game from Flip N Out.

    You can argue about "free shipping" and such being just advertising, and you're right nothing is truly free. The shipping is baked into cost in some way like anything else, but overall price was competitive and is the bottom line when I was shopping for my last purchase.

    Just got a text half an hour ago from Zach that my Ellen Ripley Edition is being shipped from Italy this week and to get ready.

    I bought a machine from him recently and the experience was all smiles.

    He really does keep his customers updated and well informed. Good guy.

    I’ve gotten around 10 games from Zach and Nicole the past few years. I even have one arriving from them tomorrow. I have had a great experience and they are always my first stop if I want to buy a game. The best thing is probably the response time. When I was first shopping I would just hear nothing back when I reached out to distributors, Zach always gets back to me quickly.

    Yeah, Zach has offered in numerous threads to resolve, publicly or privately, any disagreement the OP has with Flip N Out. At this point, it's obvious that the OP is just a troll and it's not funny but instead really disrespectful and slanderous. This is a family business that is busting their ass to make a living in a niche, opinionated and insular industry.

    As others have commented, Flip N Out is one of the best distributors and my experiences with them have been top notch as well.

    Also, I'd say this thread should be closed because we all can see this is a troll thread and he has no intent on buying from you and just decided today to try to hurt your business and start drama.

    I'd also suggest Pinside reinstate the ban on "1987 threads" which we had for a while. It was better that way. IBTL.

    A few years back I needed some new rubber for the climbing feet on my escalara. I sent Zach a cold email and he sent me a set (with new hardware I didn't even ask for) and just sent me a reply to put a check in the mail when I had some time. Whatever Zach is selling, I'm buying!

    Zach & Nicole's communication is the best. I recently purchased a pin from a different distro and the communication thus far hasn't been as good.

    I purchased a machine from them in the past and had no issues. I would recommend anyone to go through them. Plus, they both have a sarcastic sense of humor like me so that’s a plus!

    Just my $.02. Asked about replacement escalera parts about a year ago (?) and was told that he would have to order the parts, then I asked what the cost would be and he never got back. Waited a week and sent another email with no response. So if you're not buying a game, I guess you're not worth the time?

    I ended up buying from escalera direct. Left a poor impression and have since bought games from other distros.

    Wow strange plot twist here! It sounds like the OP has an ax to grind with several distributors, as a seemingly innocent reference check has apparently been exposed as something much more diabolical.

    On a sidenote, I know I shouldn’t even have to say it because everyone on these boards already knows it, but Zach at Flip N Out is a 5 star, first class, top shelf distributor… deal with confidence!

    Sounds like I messed up on that one and overlooked getting back with you. My apologies. For specific Escalera parts for like a rebuild or something, it's messy ordering through us because we don't have a big manual of part numbers or even pricing, so I typically refer people at that point directly to Escalera for the business. But clearly I did not do that, I overlooked it, and that mistake is on me, and as you said, has prevented us from earning your business on games thereafter. Sucks, but I get it, and it is what it is.

    ...having said that... If in the future you find yourself unhappy with your dealer, we would love another chance at earning your business. Thanks again for the feedback man, it does help.

    Escalera has EXCEPTIONAL customer service! Shit is $$$ but they are super awesome to deal with! I've called them a few times about different things and they are always very helpful and in no way did I feel like I was being rushed off the phone. Highly recommended company!!
