I'm wrapping up a project on a Flintstones game for a friend and having problem keeping the 2 diverter arms (that go up and down) in the bracket slots. These are on the drain sides of the left/right ramps. So much slop that when played they pop out and then pivot around. Driving me nuts !! Anyone have an idea of what I doing wrong. Game has very little play on it but the shaft that the 2 arms ride on sure have a lot of movement. Re-sleeved the coils, tried bending the side brackets a little (they are already pressed against the outside of the ramps) Need ideas/ solution. Thanks in advance !!!

Did you check the parts layout in the manual, anything missing ?

everything is there and tight, back where the parts came from (took pic's during tear-down)...just too much slop that allows the blade at the top of coil post to slip out of the slot in the side bracket.
