Anybody have detailed pics or assembly intructions? Google and manual arent much help. Either I am stupid or I am missing parts, or quite possibly both. Here is what i have

Looks like you're missing the blue spring steel piece if I recall. It holds the metal pins.

Does it Rivet on though?

Yes, two rivets hold the pieces together. The retainer sits on top of the hanger bracket and prevents the pins from turning sideways and falling out.
