I am having a problem with my Flintstones pinball where the memory is not holding on occassion after the machine is turned off. It is not all the time and only happens on occassion.

I have recently replaced the battery and reflowed the solder joints on all of the connectors. It did improve for a around 3-4 weeks although I am now experiencing the same issue.

I am not sure where to look next, has anyone else had the same problem.

Quoted from pinzrfun:

Did you clean up the contact areas in the battery holder itself?
Try another set of batteries too -

I will have another look at the holder contacts. The battery was a new battery as I had the issue with the old one as well so think I can exclude the battery as the problem.
