I’m in. My daughter bought me the steel made insert for my weber. This thing is awesome. Have had it for maybe a month now but need to cook more on it.

Quoted from MarklarD:

Someone was just telling me about how awesome their new blackstone griddle was. I have a built in gas grill that rarely gets touched since I got a Kamado. That grill top steel attachment might be just the thing I need to give my gas grill some life.

check out steel made usa. that sucker is heavy. they said it's thicker than what the blackstone is. not sure if true but it is some thick steel. fits perfectly in my three burner weber spirit.

Quoted from Haymaker:

what is the sauce on those burgers?

This stuff. Bought it in a whim and glad I did

Quoted from YZRider926:

Got a pellet smoker and a Weber charcoal grill. Been telling the wife for years that I want one of these. All of that food looks great.

you need a flat top in your life. you will understand once you have one!

Quoted from Palmer:

Gochujang is the shit. Featured it lots of Korean food (my favorite)

That stuff is the bomb. Mixed it up with some ranch to dip chicken in.

Nothing like a Saturday breakfast on the grill

Quoted from Travish:

Them flattops are cheating. I find it’s more of a challenge to cook right on the grate. Scrambled eggs are a bitch though.
