I need to flash rom for my Centaur II and I cannot find datasheet for this rom.
Can someone tell me how to set programming voltages for this memory chip.

becouse my programmer TL866CS Pro cant deliver 25v for programming 2532 and 2532A can be programmed with 21v.
Mpu board was missing in my machine so I bought AS-2518-35 with jumpering made for 2532 like here

and now i plan flash two 2532A roms.
My plan is ok
