I agree with above. If you think it’s the transistor, look it up on the schematics and find the one that corresponds with the flashers. Take your multimeter and place one lead directly on that driver and one on anywhere that is ground (usually a ground strap works). If there is a tone tone, it has gone bad. Hope this helps!
