I have only one flasher staying on and it is very bright on by demo man???

Yeah prob a bad transistor,don't leave it on too long like that it will melt the flasher lens cover(at the least)

How'd you figure out which one was stuck on?

Review the flasher table in your manual. Likely either a transistor on driver board or 8 PCB driver board. Could also be the wire for the flasher shorting to ground. Remove the bulb till you get it figured out. Just had a similar issue on my TZ.
Sometimes you just need to reseat the cable. I had the same problem, then I found this thread: https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/tz-flasher-stuck-on-getting-really-hot
