Have a couple of issues with flashers on my Popeye. A while back the fight bluto flasher stopped working. In test mode it works but not during game play. It was something I could live with so I just ignored it. I later had fuses blowing and just decided to replace the power driver board. I thought that would also solve the flasher issue but it didn't. Was playing fine for months but now I have a flasher that is always on. The lock and bluto's nose flash together when that multi ball is activated. They both come on and stay on as soon as I power up . I pulled the bulbs for now. Is this a CPU board issue? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Lock on at power up - their transistors on the power driver board are bad.
