I own an Indian jones and the flasher eternal life is always on, the transistor that looks like it's okay, what could it be?

Did you test the transistor? Most of the time when a transistor or any other component fails it doesnt "look" any different. Of course you may have already done that but I didnt know from your post. That would be my first step

I tested 0.6v on both collector and emitter, can it be with the correct values both the same burned?
