Before the Balls of Steel scan site went away I grabbed everything off the site.
They only had a scan of the FLASH target decals and ONE scan of a few small plastics, but it has everything you need except the large one around the kickout hole. Not sure if it's correct scale, but a test print will let you know.

I hope someone will take a few minutes to scan the large one off their game for you.
