I don't have a flash but you will probably have to remove the warming resistor off the flasher board if you use leds where flasher bulbs go.

If you mean the whole coil is turned around, its actually better with the lugs facing away from the coil stop. Less vibration and less impact that way but it doesn't really matter.

The small board under the playfield is for the flashers. The large resistor there is the warming resistor. It preheats the 89 bulb elements to increase their life. If you have LED flashers, you do not want the warming resistor connected as the amount of current provided by the warming resistor will keep the LED flashers lit all the time. You can clip off one leg of the large resistor and you will be good to go. Here is a picture from my firepower but it's the same.

Quoted from pinij93:

What size u put in f1 can't read mine might be 30

The manual picture above says 1/4 amp slo blow. Is that only for the display high voltage?

Finished new Gorgar playfield swap last month so been working on my “new to me” flash. Cabinet and backbox all done. Now on to playfield, sure wish CPR or Mirco would do flash.

The condition of that nos playfield is terrible. Inserts, cracking and the planking is terrible. That’s why its been on eBay at least a month or more. Nobody wants to touch it.

It’s in the board. I had a gorgar that did it and I messed and messed with it for years. Finally just accepted it. Something happened and I switched boards. Problem cured. The other board also solved a magnet problem but I don’t remember what exactly it was.
