The xenon bulbs are fragile. The original board had
the tube glued with silicone.

Sorry , I forgot to update this thread. I noted in my restore thread it was working. I bought a new pinpoint strobe unit and it still didn't work. I had new alltek lamp and aux lamp boards. I put them in with the new strobe board and it gloriously strobes once again.
