Quoted from minnesota13:The wire belongs to Pin 10 of J3 and is the 5V ground return on your driver board coming from the rectifier board J3 pin 1. You likely need to repin your SDB J3 and replace the two capacitors and do three mods on the wiring side of the SDB.
