Quoted from timab2000:

Found a new strobe light online.

Awesome. If that does not work, I can swap you with one that does work or fix it for you.

Quoted from timab2000:

New question.....see pic what is supposed to go on that shaft?? SOme sort of bushing or something. It on the upper flipper.

Yes, a nylon bushing. You should see that on one of the other flipper assemblies. It helps to guide the plunger straight in and out, out and in. I think that is what she said.

Quoted from Captive_Ball:

Sometimes if the strobe board isn't working...it can be a good thing. I have to remember NOT to look up when starting a game or when the ball goes into the saucer....blinding.

You are very welcome by the way. So was the original strobe board I repaired brighter, or is the new Pinpoint Electronics strobe board? I didn't get many plays on the game with the original strobe board.

Yeah, that is looking a fair bit dangerous with that exposed wire.

Something be screwed. Where does the other end of the red wire go to other than off the picture?

Quoted from timab2000:

Down inside the coil of wire in the transformer or what???

It appears that way. Good hunting. A replacement transformer seems to be the safer option. I hope one can be found.

You will be messing with AC voltage here. I would just find another transformer since I would not want to start a fire if something goes wrong.
