That's one of those parts that's found on just about every game and yet is not shown on any parts list. You may want to send the picture and game name to Marco and Pinball Resource to see if they can a least provide a name and number to it.

Not really.
It was generally only used on Bally's with the playfield counter sunk into the cabinet like Flash Gordon, Xenon, Vector.
I ended up making one from scratch.
