I have a little problem on my x-men, I can not seem to solve

Last week, I played normally
and suddenly a blown fuse (F10)

a little research I found a bush of a flasher had broken
I've changed, but I still have the problem

which broke is the FLASH # 28 backpanel (LEFT) X3 (there are 3 flash together) (3rd all right this is the one that broke)
the problem is that when I turn on the game, they light up immediately (when they should be off) (issue the command switch?) and if I turn flips it blew F10

So what I imagine is that by breaking the flash has a short circuit, and has blown or damaged something (fuse, other?) I do not know what, I can not find
