Quoted from Xenon75:

Yep Pinball Pal used to sell the tint to redo all of your score windows. It works great. Has someone else started selling it?

I made the above ones, been selling them for 15.00 a sheet delivered

What colors are available? How are these applied to the machine?

Yes... really looking for something like this.

I have only done them in the blue so far, possibly could do other colors if there was a demand, these are transparent vinyl with adhesive on one side, you need to use a razor blade and a straight edge to remove the existing windows, I use a steel rule, its best to do all the windows for a perfect color match, these are just a tad bigger than the original window.
I made these as there is no longer a source for them and was very satisfied with the results
