Hey guys,

Let's not make this a "Popeye sucks topic", let's focus on what we can do to improve it.

I have two issues with the Lock mechanism:

1) When shooting locked balls back on the playfield angle varies from nicely on the right flipper to SDTM.
Does anybody have a definitive fix to prevent the SDTM balls? The scoop alone cannot be rotated, it's attached to the whole assembly that can't be rotated because of the position of various feature lamps.
I was thinking maybe a stronger coil might fix this?

2) When the mechanism tries to release 3 balls at multiball start, the second ball almost always takes a couple of tries of the down post coil to release it to the scoop's popper. This is quite annoying.. can this be fixed by a hardware tweak or is this a software problem?

Thanks in advance,

Koen

Is your game leveled properly?

Try cleaning the parts in the coil like the plunger or replace the coil sleeve.
