Simple fix that won't break the bank. The pictures you took of your ramp entrance look like they could have been photographs of my machine, same exact breaks, same issues. In the end I used regular model cement. Simply used black electrical tape to hold the tabs in place on the top side of the ramp, added glue to the bottom.remove the tape after it sets overnight. I then used black electrical tape on the sides to rebuild broken leading edges. It Shows in the pictures, but from the players perspective or the Casual Observer you don't notice the tape even a little. I just received a set of transition flaps from Starship fantasy, $12. I can now add more model cement to the mend on the top side of the ramp as that will be covered by the new flaps. And say goodbye to the makeshift tabs I had in Place, cut from Leaf switches,to hold the broken ramp in place for the last 20 years.

One more thing, consider replacing your post rubbers around the shuttle entrance with the Wider cowbell style rubbers or you'll be looking at this repair again sooner rather than later
