I'm rebuilding my big time and finally had the guts to rebuild my mixer. Before working on it a fellow pinsider noticed that the first mixer wheel never stopped turning. Once I got it disassembled I found that the roller wheel on the mixer arm was missing (see photo left most mixer arm). This missing roller prevents the cam from lifting and releasing the mixer arm because the arm isn't close enough to the cam. The roller on the other 3 mixer arms was intact but very worn.

Anybody know where I can get mixer arms or maybe the roller? Any other hacks that have worked for you?

Also wondering if this might have been an intentional mod by a previous operator? I can't imagine how the roller would have come out on its own.

Thanks!

definitely not on purpose. A free running mixer #1 makes the randomization ... different - unless the reflex unit has been reset/bypassed to make mixer #1 irrelevant.

the mixer latch arms on the pacific pinball museum's Yacht Club that I gutted a few weeks ago are in good shape. PM me your mailing address and I'll send them to ya. If you want to donate something to the PPM, you can do that on their web site.

if your mixer 4 arm is ok (roller not wobbling on worn shaft), I'll just send ya 3 arms.
