Depends on the price to get them working. If you can't fix them yourself, depending on who you get to do the work, you'll probably end making just enough more money to cover repairs then if you just sold them as is, so it would be a waste of time and effort. Both those games are classics that everyone remembers so they shouldn't be a tough sell even not 100% working.
If you do want to fix the Galaga PCB, I had KLOVr "mgkastra" fix my Galaga board. He did a great job and he was unbelievably helpful to me. I'm not sure if he is still actively working on those boards, but I would recommend him in a heartbeat if he is.
