I was in top shape for a few years and late last year decided to stop working out and start enjoying myself. Enjoyed myself too much and finally got off my ass to do something about it. I started my fitness plan June 1st. June is named "No Junk for June". Basically I cannot have anything I enjoy, snack wise.... cookies, cakes, chips, pies, candy, etc. Lots of veggies, fruits and lean meats, limited breads and sugars. Also starting hitting the gym. 1 body part a day for 40 minutes and 20 minutes on a treadmill, 5 days a week. Weekends I do work around the house and maybe a short run to keep active. So much harder north of 40 than when I was south of 40. I would have lost 15 pounds already but now, only down 6 with 25 to go to my end goal. This sucks!
