Crap! I've been working out with weights religiously since beginning of December 2014, and just starting to see some sculpting of arms, chest, abs.
Then my sciatic nerve goes crazy on me this past Monday. I can't do 2 pushups without pain.
Any one have any knowledge of these, because it's like having a toothache kind-of-pain in your back AND ass!
From my reading, it's about 4-6 weeks to go away.
