Ran 10.3 miles today. Some walking involved. Hoping to do a half marathon first weekend in May.

Yehp, it's amazing how quickly we lose it. I slowed down to about 30% of my normal running in December then down to 0% in January after the Flu and a cold back to back. Mid Feb I pulled some rib muscles and just started running again a couple weeks ago and it is still brutal. I am determined to still get this Half Marathon done in 4 weeks. It is tough though.
