Quoted from PinballManiac40:In my experience since 2010, the most common reset issues tend to be loose/tarnished/burnt J101/J114 on the driver board and J210 on the MPU and/or BR2 on the driver board.
^^^ THIS!
I like to play the odds game and in my experience I have encountered more of headers/connectors as the source of the problem than anything else. Heck ... one time I installed a brand new board that I built into a Twilight Zone and it still reset! The board worked fine in other machines. Obviously for the Twilight Zone it was not the headers as the board was brand new. It was the connectors and/or the header on the CPU board and/or a possibly Philips 100uF capacitor on that board.
