During multi player game, if 2 balls are locked in reel by previous player and next player gets in casters club to lock a ball, reel advances and drops ball into catapult, catapult launches ball back into play, reel spins and sometimes drops another ball into catapult which launches it into play again. Having to take this out of tournament play until fixed. Thank you in advance for taking the time to reply.

Putting a new belt on the reel usually seems to fix most of those types of reel problems. I had similar issues and once I put a new clear rubber belt on there its worked flawlessly since.

If the new oring doesn't fix it check to see if the reel assembly is screwed down tight to the pf. Perhaps you have a little play in the wheel that allow the ball to escape.

I would check reel enter switch (on ramp) and catapault switch as well.

Replaced belt and pulley. No change. The plate that keeps the balls in the reel looks to be homemade. Can't find a part number to replace it though.

Well if the outlet hole is too big than you may get inadvertent ball escapes. You need to investigate that. You'll need another FT to compare it to

Likely listed on the unique parts page of the manual. Might be easier to find the part number in the WMS parts catalog linked below. That plate is critical.
