The switch has nothing to do with anything. Voltage remains at 1.2v at the EMI / Opto board.
Still strange that I get these phantom coils. The catapult coil will fire the moment I push the coin door diagnostic button to go into Test Mode. It also will fire again when I push the diagnostic button to go back to attract mode. It also stirs up several other coils as if it's doing a ball search, except that this is in attract mode.
Still wondering what's causing the decreased voltage at the EMI board.

Does it always fire when you press the test button? If you go in switch test mode and press that button, does it show 1 or 2 switches closing?
