I am having a problem with my DMD (its a color DMD).

What is what is currently going on:

1. Turn on - DMD is blank
2. After a few minutes it will come on with some flickering
3. Now on it will work for hours - solid. Every so often I see a very fast flicker. This could be a result of me staring at it for long periods
4. After a few hours it will turn off.

UPDATE: 7/18 - Played today and the DMD never came on.

Here is what I have did:

1. Replaced the ribbon cable to DMD and the short ribbon between driver and cpu.
2. Cleaned all header pins with 99.9% isopropyl alcohol and reseated DM plugs
3. Checked the power to color DMD voltage. 12v and 5v being supplied and LEDs on DMD are on. Even when no display.
4. Inspected the solder on DM ribbon cable connection. It was clear that this was reflowed at one point. (See picture) I did not see any visible issues.
5. Checked continuity between each pin and a point down the trace.
6. Cleaned up old flux just in case it was leaking

Any thoughts on what else I should try?

SOLVED - Reseated the ribbon cable on the color DMD between the LCD and the IC Board on the DMD. This was not a problem with the DM Board or Ribbon cable from the DM Board to the DMD.
