I have had my fish tales for years, and was reading on pinside that the drop target not going down is a common problem. Sure enough I tested mine last night, and had the same issue. I ordered a new Actuator arm, looks like mine was broke. Will let you know how it turns out.

Yeah, selling Fish Tales and Shadow for AFM was a major upgrade. Game is pretty sweet. Fish tales is still awesome, perhaps I will get another Fish tales along with a Dracula someday.
