Where did you get the Monster Fish Mod and color Rule Cards for the skirt?

I just went through this when ordering yellow Super Bands for my green Lightning Flippers (ordered from Europe). The standard size rings (0.5'' x 1.5") are correct.

I ordered Green Lightning Bats from Europe and went with the yellow Super Bands. It matches the fish better in my opinion. I love the Super Bands. I'm putting them on my Pinbot and Alien Poker on my next order.
Only place I found them was overseas.
