Phoog I have done quite a few times my highest score is 772,315,730.
Just finished putting L.E.D.'s through the playfield except under the plastics on my FT, next will be behind the translite as it looks quite good especially when color coded.

It's a matter of preference & budget i suppose.
I have mainly used white superspots underplayfield for inserts but some in some places you may want to use colored globes to enhance.
Don't use superspots under plastics use wideangle globes or ones that are for this application.
