They're busy building/shipping games. Going to a show takes money and people out of that process. Since they've got a line of orders to fill, they're focusing on that for now (at least, that's the gist I got from the last public update they sent out).

I'm guessing there's been ... uh ... friction ... with a certain show organizer, too.
