Getting my Xenon back together and I'm starting to plug things back together and test voltages. Starting with my -54 power supply, per the guide at https://homepinballrepair.com/troubleshooting-early-bally-and-stern-pinball-machines/

I have only plugged in J6 for now, per guide. Board visually looks good, has new fuses, and I reflowed solder in a couple of spots. Here are the results I got (and double-checked):

    TP1: 8.1v (should be 5.5 to 7.2v)
    TP2: 1.2v (should be 200-250v)
    TP3: 29.1v (should be 11-15v)
    TP4: 3.7v (should be 6.3-8.3v)
TP5: 1.1 mV, yes the DMM said mV (should be 37.6-48.4)

TP1 is kinda high, but 2-5 seem really wildly off. Am I missing something, should I have some other connector plugged in also, or is my power module really this eff'ed?

Guide mentioned above specifically states having only J6 plugged in. Am I missing something not connecting J5 also? It's connected right to the transformer.

Plugged in J5 and retested, results are more like they should be:

    TP1: 8.1v (high)
    TP2: 200.6v (good)
    TP3: 15.5v (high)
    TP4: 7.6v (good)
    TP5: 47.1v (good)

1 & 3 are a bit higher than the high end of normal, will this be damaging to anything?
