Viper Night Drivin'
Sega, 1998The build up in the pops on this VND was so bad I had to use Mean Green and a scotch brite pad to get it clean and it sill took over 30 minutes to do just this area. I've seen dirty but never like this.
The flash really shows how much texture there is to the build up.

They are glow balls, and I don't think you can buy "replacements" anywhere...

This was from an op and I think they ran it till it died. Whatever that stuff was it was rock solid, you couldn't even chip at it with a screwdriver. Shooter lane, in front of the flippers and slings and to some degree the outside orbit had the same issue.
