I'd say yes. It's a relevant theme that they should stay drawn to. As far as reliability...I'd let everyone know where you are located and see if someone local will go look at it with you who knows what to look for. Make sure it was maintained, no issues etc. HUO POTC's come up for sale pretty regularly. If it's mint around $4500 lightly modded is where I'd want to be.
