I just pulled the trigger on IMVE. First NIB and First Stern. I hope i don't regret it. Oh shiz, too late!

After two trips in 48 hours to my basement due to tornado warnings and the weather radio telling me a tornado would be on top of me in 10 minutes, i just decided life was too short. Pull dat trigger and have some fun! no more waiting.

Congrats! You will love it. I'm in on IMVE too, really pumped to have the chance to get this game that has long been one of my favorites.

#3 9 years ago

Congrats Dave! Glad to see you take the leap. I think IM will be perfect for your collection. Looking forward to playing it soon!

Congrats. I did the same thing. Don't forget to order the shaker for it. JJ has them for a good price. My shaker will arrive before the machine. I was on the fence about an ACDC premium and the IMVE showed up and persuaded me. Now I have an extra $1500 to spend Anyone with a Mousin' Around for sale?

Good for you Dave. Nothing better than opening a NIB. Except the Indy 500.

I'll have an unboxing party. Only catch is that you have to play one game of hurricane for each game of ironman.

Congrats! Hurricane eh? I love clowns.

Congrats! Life's to short indeed. If you can afford it, go for it!

#9 9 years ago

Congrats. Everyone should do a NIB at least once.

Should order play field supports from pinball life

I'm all Stern at the moment and getting IM or Met soon.

#11 9 years ago

Congrats! I almost changed my mind to IMVE, but my NIB MET Premium is arriving any minute!

#12 9 years ago

Congrats, Dave! I know you've been wanting a new addition to your lineup for a while.

Me and the family might be heading to Stern when the IMVEs are on the line. Maybe I can have my boys play-test yours.

Like you, this will be my first NIB purchase as well. Man I feel like I'm buying my first brand new car. Decided to go all out and got a PBR one with lots of extra goodies. I absolutely......cannot.....wait

My desire for an IM just went up a bit.

Suddenly I'm in the mood to play IM...and have a beer. Strange.

I had it coming, I left the door open

#23 9 years ago

PBR edition does not have a lighted can. Just noticed you lack some key mods on this edition. I am out.

OP congrats on your IM very fast and fun title. Enjoy

Nice! I ordered a Metallica Pro on Tuesday. I was shaking at the price, but I had the same "Life is too short" thought run through my head. Enjoy it while you can!
