    I’m sure this is not news to most on here but I wanted to post a little info for anyone on here that hasn’t ordered from them.

    Ordered 3 pop bumper rebuild kits from them for my 70 Flip a Card. Sent my order via email on Wednesday night in the manner the requested on their website. I received a confirmation email Thursday morning, then they informed it shipped on Friday morning and it was in my mailbox this morning (Saturday). Amazing.

    Not only were they fast and reasonable ($30 plus shipping for 3 kits), I offered to pay in advance as a first time customer but they shipped it and said to send them a check or money order after I received my order. I just sent it. Very impressive.

    My customer number is in the 600s. I imagine your number must be pretty low, David!

    Steve is the man! Just ordered parts from him, ordered them at 6pm right before he closed up for the night and STILL got them in just a day!

    Don't be afraid to call and inquire about any old part you need that isn't listed on their website, either. He has tons of stuff besides what's listed!

    Last ordered from Steve five years ago. Is everyone’s customer number only numbers, or are some letters mixed in there? Only thing I found was this in an email from them “[removed]”

    Only ever dealt with Jimmy online and he has always been very helpful and shipped product very quickly.

    Numbers and a letter or two.

    Btw, I removed it from your post. It's probably not a good idea to post ID numbers like that in public.

    even for a phone order ive got my part numbers ready

    Steve Young is a tremendous resource, and PBR is my go-to place. I always call and get the “full experience.”

    Yes, Steve is a great guy and has been around for quite a long time...just looked and my oldest invoice from him is from 1996.

    Oh man I’ve been buying things form PBR for a few years now and I didn’t know he had all that stuff!! I’ve been getting bent over by my local ACE for some of those bolts and sockets and he has them for 18¢?!? I’m gonna be sick...

    Yep--I sometimes grab screws from PBR if I only need a couple of something. But if you want even cheaper, buy in bulk from boltdepot, fastenal, and albanycountyfasteners.

    PBR's early Bally SS flipper rebuild kits are the best. Instead of having the pivot bushing pressed onto the bracket, theirs are silver soldered and good for a lifetime of playing. Just one example of their overall quality and why I go to PBR first when looking for parts. Also, Steve has saved me on many occasions from wasting money on incorrect or unneeded parts. Really a great resource for the pinball community.

    Have your customer # handy, have a list of as many part #'s as you can come up with and send your payment promptly (good luck with trying to spell Poughkeepsie when you address the envelope though).
