If you're buying from the retailer, I would ask if they offer some warranty. I overpaid a bit on my first machine I purchased locally, but the guy offered a 30 day warranty on the machine, parts and labor included. This came in VERY useful as a flipper rebuild was needed. I was (still am, but have learned A LOT) a newbie that was not at all comfortable with the fix, so his house call and repair more than made up the difference I overpaid. Good luck, shopping is almost as exciting as getting it home and playing!
