Uh oh, you're new here....it's not a table. 
If that one doesn't work out and you are patient, TZs show up for sale on Pinside in Socal and NorCal fairly often. I've seen some pretty nice ones pop up.
I am working on the dream of retiring in Atascadero/Templeton. There are some pinsiders up there in the central coast.
